The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. I am Lorna Lorraine, a self-taught Abstract Expressionist Artist who specialized in mixed-media Art and portraits in Pastel but is currently on a new explorative path. I am motivated by the way I inspire others with the storytelling in my work. I recognized my ability to express my plausible theories into abstract realism at the age of 50. Starting Art after publishing my first anthology, I defied age and gender-related stereotypes in my occupations and commitment to lifelong learning. Art was not a part of my plan. My vision emerged upon viewing the works of a group of talented artists and artisans at the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, where I volunteered academic services.
